Intellectual Outputs Number 2 and 3

Earlier, we provided details about certain sections of the project outputs that we have been working on diligently for more than the last 2 years, and now we are pleased to introduce their final components. You can find and download them all on our project website.

The second project output is called Toolkit for Workers and includes a set of experiential tools that SMEs workers can use independently to develop their own key competencies. The practical tools to develop the ability to cope with uncertainty, maintain physical and emotional well-being, develop empathy, and manage conflict can also be found there.

The last project output, Communication Campaign, represents the final phase of the project´s work. It is a detailed plan from beginning to end for delivering any strategic message to a target audience as a way to drive a positive result which is, in this case, to raise low-skilled workers´ awareness of the need for lifelong learning development. Within this outcome, you can also find a Collection of Graphic Materials together with the Graphic Materials Guide. They are highlighting the importance of lifelong learning in a format that can be easily understood.
